Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid program seats confirmed by invoice from Logicflow Core. Website pricing pages are informational and do not themselves create a charge.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not accessed more than Module 1 materials and have not attended a live session.

Full or partial refunds

Full refunds are available inside the 7-day window under the conditions above. After that window, or after attending a live session, we may offer a partial credit toward a future cohort at our discretion, typically up to 50% of fees paid, if written notice arrives at least 5 business days before the next live module.

Non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable: completed private clinics already delivered, custom template packs produced for your organization, third-party examination fees (if any), and seats transferred to a colleague at your request.

Refund process

Email info@logicflow-core.digital with your invoice number, program name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after confirmation.

Refund method

Refunds return to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may be used when card rails are unavailable; you may need to provide account details.

Cancellation by Logicflow Core

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

We may extend refund windows for documented medical emergencies or compulsory travel restrictions. Retainer agreements follow the cancellation clauses stated in the signed statement of work, which prevail if they differ from this page.
